Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Sigilora grants your organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for internal business purposes during the subscription.
5. AI features
AI-generated directions, copy, images and recommendations are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy; names and dates; brand suitability; client requirements; intellectual-property risks; and production suitability.
Sigilora does not guarantee that AI-generated output is unique, error-free, non-infringing or registrable as a trademark.
6. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Sigilora permission to host, process, transform and display that content only as reasonably required to provide, secure and support the service. You confirm that you possess the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content.
7. Sigilora intellectual property
Sigilora retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, workflows and underlying technology. You may not unlawfully copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass security or use protected Sigilora material to build a competing service.

9. Subscription and fees
The Founding Agency Plan is £99 per agency per month, subject to its programme terms. Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Taxes are additional where applicable
- Physical merchandise is not included
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period
- Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- Future pricing changes will not apply retrospectively to periods already paid
10. Merchandise
Sigilora does not normally manufacture merchandise. Third-party partners may manufacture or source, decorate, inspect, pack and dispatch products. Concept mockups are not final production proofs. Production must not begin until the authorised customer approves the supplier's proof. Quotes may vary with product, quantity, stock, decoration, freight, tax, destination and delivery timing. Customised products may not be cancellable after final approval or supplier commitment. However, defective, wrongly branded or incorrectly supplied goods will be handled under the applicable contract and mandatory legal rights.
11. Third-party services
Sigilora may rely on hosting, AI, email, payment and fulfilment providers. Those services may have separate terms. Sigilora is not responsible for third-party systems beyond responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other party's confidential business information and use it only for the agreed relationship.
13. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate service-level agreement states otherwise.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, serious misuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material breach. After termination: access ends, outstanding fees remain payable, data export may be available for 30 days, and customer data may be deleted after 90 days.
15. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to legal review, the total liability cap is the total fees paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months. Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss except where exclusion is unlawful.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
